Q. Do you ship to Canada or other countries outside the United State?

Q. What is the cost to ship internationally?
A. Depending on your international destination and the weight, click on our shipping for more details.
Q. How long will it takes to receive my order?
A. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2-3 business days to arrive depending on your local postal service after processing. International order takes 10-20 business days for standard shipping depending on your country (Canada UK takes 10-15 days). Please note we have no control of how your government takes to clear packages at customs, allow time to be clear.
Q. Is your store allow pickup?
A. No. unfortunately we do not allow pick up but we are working on making your online orders available for pickup.

Q. Do you offer refund?
A.  We do not offer refunds, exchanges only!

A. From time to time we offer pomotions on our website. don't forget, to type in promo/discounts code at checkout.

Please make sure the offer still Valid, and it cannot be used with any other discount codes. also note discounts can only be used once.

Q. How do I Use A Coupon Code?

A. At Checkout Please ADD a Valid Code Inside the Discount Box then Click Apply. Your discount code will be applied.

Q. What Happens If I Forget to Use A Coupon Code?

A. Unfortunately, we are unable to enter the code manually once your order has been placed

Q. Can I Cancel My Order?

A. No. Once an orders has been placed, we are unable to cancel it. We are very quick at processing orders to make sure you receive it as soon as possible.

Q. Why My Order Cancelled?

A. Due to such a high demand our items may sometimes sold out quickly and your order become unavailable. If that should happen we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm order cancelation and a refund.

In other cases, if the billing and shipping information cannot be verified your order maybe canceled. If that should happen please replacing your order using a different payment method.
